Ved Bhawan is an international NGO with its regsitered offices in India and Abroad. The motto of Ved Bhawan is to preserve Vedic Knowledge and promote Vedic Scholars in India and abroad. Ved Bhawan time to time organizes Lectures and demonstrations to educate local people about Vedic Knowledge and its authentic applications. In this series Ved Bhawan has planned to bring 10 Yagya Expert Pandits to some Europen countries to demonstrate Yagya for local people and to educate them with the terms and authenticity of this Knowledge. It doesn't mean that this knowledge doesn't exist out of India. In fact, we have marked that people out of India are more serious about this culture than people in India. But what they have been shown is a very another side of the picture and there are several people who, for there own benefits, somewhat manipulating the facts or are not able to bring local people towards the real and sufficient knowledge. Ved Bhawan intends to demotivate this mis-representation and educate the locals about precision of Vedic Rituals and their benefits to establish a peacuful and prosperous society.

1. The Pandits shall be called for a period strting from 10.10.2007 to 08.01.2008
   
2. They will be staying on our (simple) arrangements
   
3. They will be performing Yagyas in 2 shifts - 8.00 to 14.00 and 15.00 to 21.00
   
4. They will have a weekly holiday on Sunday, if there is no Yagya scheduled
   
5. During Yagya period no holiday but after Yagya Completion next day holiday
   
6. On holidays they will enjoy visiting local people, work-experiences with our professionals and local tours
   
7. The Pandits will be sent to - The Netherlands however they also can be sent to another European countries, as per the requirements. for example - Germany, Switzerland, France, Austria, Italy, Belguim, Spain & Portugal

1. One must have an Acharya Degree from a recognised University in Ved, Vyakaran, Paurohitya, Jyotish & Sahitya
   
2. Ph. D. in relavant subject is desireable
   
3. Common Mantras / Stotras correctly in memory
   
4. Expertisation in heavier Yagyas / Pujas / Sankars
   
5. Speaking ability in Sanskrit
   
6. Ability to work in a group and chant mantras in corus
7. A passport valid up to 31 July 2008 

1. The travel and lodging arrangements shall be made by us. The standard of lodging shall be kept absolutely simple and in group. Thus you shouldn't think that you will be staying in a hotel room. you will need to stay in group, cook together and stay together with other Pandits. The kitchen resources shall be provided by us. You will need to use public transportation, unless we don't offer a substitute.
   
2. After making these essential arrangements, we will pay a sum of Rs. 10,000 Monthly (Euro 200) as a donation, which you will be paid by Ved Bhawan, in India.

1. To come in consideration, everyone must apply in uniform method. No one will be exception. emails or letter not in proper method shall not taken in consideration. ur selection process is machenized therefore it is necessary to follow the regulation as explained.
   
2. Step - 1 - Apply online by fillin up This Form. Do not leave any space. Also do not give half or incomplete information. If you do this, your name will be black-listed forever.
   Step - 2 - Send a properly made and singed bio-data, 3 copies of Passport Size photo and Attested copies of all academic certificates in sequence. Also attatch the copy of first 6 pages and last 4 pages of your passport. Must provide all the information about foreign travels you ever have made. Thses all details should reach by us laltest by 07.09.2007 to  - Ved Bhawan Int., P & O Department. Postbox 8818, VVPO, New  Delhi - 110057 India 
   
3. Interviews - We will hold an interview  on / around 08.09.2007 and you must come with full preparation and completed documents. This is one and only interview when you will be theoritically, practically and characteristically examined and selected or rejected. You also will be asked to speak out the Mantras and interepret them.
4. When selected, we will screen your family and history for any doubtful records and will make sure about your secure candidature. we may also visit your family, if needed
5. Now we decide whether we can call you or not. When selected, you will need to sign 2 contracts - one from India and another from The Netherlands
   
6. After signing contracts, if there is no any cancellation of program, you will get invitation and sponsership from us. With this letter you will need to arrange your visa. You also will need to have overseas mediclaim policy and your passport and personal documents to obtain a visa. Once the visa has been obtained, a ticket will be made for you and then you will be travelling to The Netherlnads
   
7. Upon arrival in The Netherlands, you will be taken through a 2 days training which will initiate you about the local requirements and you will be trained for Yagya Regulations
   
8. After 2 days training you will start participating in our programs.
   
9. On completion of your work or visa, whichever appears earlier, you will be sent back to India - Delhi.

1. When staying in abroad, specially in Europe, you need to follow local regulations of living and securities. You are never exception here.
   For a very common mistake you can be highly fined or otherwise punished. You will be yourself responsible for all of these.
2. We will not do and we will not allow any illegal activity during your stay
   
3. You will come as a visitor to spread Vedic Knowledge by demonstrations and lectures in local people's benefit. So you are not allowed to accept any paid or unpaid work here.
4. We will only provide you space and foods during your stay. We will not provide any other allownce
   
5. For security reasons, you will not be allowed to come in contact of local people without our approval
   
6. You must take care of your health insurance and health activities included the costs, yourself
   
7. No travel allownce or coveyance shall be paid. You will be taken to the place of demonstration by our transport arrangements
   
8. Last but not least, we will be calling you for just demonstration purpose and will provide you only food and stay.
