Ved Bhawan International has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Ved Bhawan International takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from Ved Bhawan International are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. CHANGE | CANCELLATIONS | REFUND All orders / request and bookings are final. A service or booking may be changed in before 48 hours of its commencement without charges. After this a service charge may be applied or the change may be refused. Cancellation is in certain cases possible but no cancellation entitles the client for any refund. In interest of well-being of performers and involved staffs, a Yagya can't be cancelled once it has been scheduled even if the client wants. In case if the client stops funding Yagya, the Yagya Performance will not be carried on and the client remains responsible for the consequences. In this case, the clients remains liable to pay the full cost and eventually recovery costs. The client pays for the time of the expert for booking consultations or taking lessons. Ved Bhawan's has limited duty to inform the client how and when to use the service against the payment but the client remains responsible for the losses in case of No show or in case he doesn't uses the service at the given time for any reason. The fees in this case shall not be refunded or adjusted. Any change in services and payments are allowed 48 hours prior to the commencement of the service.

COMMUNICATION ERRORS 
However each and every staff-member of us works with his/her full care and dedication and leave no room for error but being a human we do not deny for any possible error that may occur as human. It is also the responsibility of the client / member to cross-check the provided information in different methods for the information for any error for any possible damage or loss. Ved Bhawan or any associate doesn't accept any liability for any kind of damage or loss.

PRODUCT / SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS 
Ved Bhawan International and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Ved Bhawan International does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Ved Bhawan International itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

The jurisdictions of disputes are divided in 2 groups - 1. As a client / member, by involving us for any service or product, you agree that the laws of the state of Delhi, India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ved Bhawan India (as service provider) or its associates. 2. As a worker or anyone else than a member or a client, you agree that the laws of the state of The Federal Republic of Germany without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ved Bhawan International (as governing organization) or its associates.

DISPUTES 
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Ved Bhawan International or to products you purchase through Ved Bhawan International shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Delhi, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Ved Bhawan International s intellectual property rights, Ved Bhawan International may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Delhi, India, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
